Pantomath Appoints Ajay Jain as Investment Banking Head

Pantomath Capital Advisors, a mid-market investment bank and financial services firm, has named Ajay Jain, former Executive Director at Centrum Capital, as the Managing Partner for Investment Banking. In his new role, Jain will spearhead the Business Development segment within Pantomath's Investment Banking Division. Jain, a Chartered Accountant with an Executive MBA and Independent Director certification, brings over 25 years of leadership experience to Pantomath. Having served as Chairman & MD at Monal Capital (P) and Executive Director at Centrum Capital, he possesses expertise spanning various sectors, including BFSI, FMCG, auto & auto ancillaries, education, real estate & infrastructure, energy, logistics, metal, textiles, pharma, chemical and building materials.

His multifaceted financial acumen is expected to serve as a valuable asset in steering Pantomath's strategic growth initiatives.
