No Bail For Kanimozhi, Seven Others
New Delhi: The bail pleas of DMK leader Kanimozhi and seven others accused in the 2G spectrum allotment scam were Thursday dismissed by a CBI special court here. The court will begin its trial from Nov 11.
All eight bail applications are dismissed, special CBI Judge O.P. Saini said. The eight are Kanimozhi, Sharad Kumar, Karim Morani, Rajeev B. Agarwal, Asif Balwa, Shahid Balwa, R.K. Chandolia and Siddharth Behura.
