NASA partnered with Mphasis' Blink UX to streamline its user experience
NASA has collaborated with Blink UX, a Mphasis company, to launch its updated website after two years of extensive User Experience research, strategy, and design. The researchers from Blink surveyed 2,633 audience members, interviewed 202 NASA stakeholders, and conducted 268 quantitative user research sessions to lay the groundwork for the robust experience strategy and design system behind NASA’s reimagined web experience.
Last month, the US Space Agency began the transition to elevate its primary digital platforms NASA.gov, science.nasa.gov, and NASA +. The three new web platforms offer a user-friendly, topic-driven experience featuring a powerful search engine, easy navigation, and improved publishing tools that will enable content creators to tell consistent, engaging stories to captivate the American public and inspire the next generation of scientists.
NASA collaborated with Blink due to their user-centered design approach, experience modernizing legacy platforms, and ability to implement a custom design system, according to a statement by the company. Blink UX is a consulting firm specializing in UX research, strategy, and design. With over two decades of experience, they partner with innovative industry leaders to provide top-notch services. On the other hand, Mphasis is a digital solutions company with deep domain expertise in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector. They cater to 35 of the top 50 US BFSI firms. Their specializations include Cloud solutions.
