Mumbai's Dabbawalas All Set to Fight against Terrorism

Bangalore: Mumbai, the commercial capital of India is believed to be the next target of the terror outfit Indian Mujahideen (IM) after the Bodh Gaya blast, as per a tweet by IM officials.

Through the tweet, IM stated “Hamara Agla Target Mumbai Hai. Rock Sago Toh Rock Lo, 7 days Left (Our next target is Mumbai. Stop us if you can. Seven days left)”, as reported Rajesh Ahuja & Mukesh K Mishra for Hindustan Times.

The twitter account which is supposed to have originated from Canada is being investigated by the National Investigation Agency and other security agencies for its authenticity and the person behind it.

“Each and every terror threat in the country is thoroughly probed, though almost all of them turn out to be fake or a prank,” added a security official, reported HT.

Whether the news is confirmed or not, Mumbai police is now on its toes to prevent such an act of terrorism again, as the city still lives with the bitter memories of the 2008 terror attack which killed thousands of innocent people.
