McCann Worldgroup India has once again demonstrated the power of purpose-led creativity by winning a series of accolades at the prestigious One Show Awards 2025. The agency bagged one Silver, one Bronze, and five Merit Awards for campaigns rooted in social impact and innovation.
Leading the charge was the acclaimed 'Fit My Feet' campaign for Buckaroo Footwear, which earned a Silver in IP & Product Design and a Bronze in Health & Wellness, alongside four Merit Awards across diverse categories. The initiative addressed the needs of children born with clubfoot, a condition affecting thousands annually in India. Offering an affordable, adaptable footwear solution, the campaign mobilized a network of 4,500 local cobblers, successfully delivering over 228,000 pairs of custom shoes to underserved communities since its launch in early 2024.
McCann also garnered recognition for its 'Dabba Savings Account' campaign for ESAF Small Finance Bank, winning a Merit Award in Direct Marketing. Ingeniously transforming the traditional Indian lunchbox into a covert savings tool, the campaign empowered rural women to take control of their finances. Remarkably, without a single traditional media advertisement, the initiative helped open more than 120,000 new savings accounts.
