LTIMindtree Names Vipul Chandra as Chief Financial Officer
Global technology consulting and digital solutions company LTIMindtree has announced the appointment of Vipul Chandra as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from April 25. The current CFO, Vinit Teredesai, will step down from his position on April 24. Chandra, who has been with the organization for over a decade, brings three decades of experience to the role. AM Naik, Chairman of LTIMindtree, expressed confidence in Chandra's ability to lead the finance function, citing his extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the L&T group.
Before joining LTIMindtree, Chandra held a senior position at Citibank in India as Managing Director, Head of Corporate Sales, and Structuring in the Global Markets business. He is an engineer specializing in Electronics and Communication from Delhi College of Engineering and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM-Calcutta.
Debashis Chatterjee, CEO & MD of LTIMindtree, acknowledged Chandra's long association with the L&T Group, anticipating significant value addition. Chatterjee also expressed gratitude to outgoing CFO Vinit Teredesai for his contributions to the organization's success and extended best wishes for his future endeavors. The transition is set to ensure continuity and stability in the financial leadership of LTIMindtree, a key player in the global technology consulting and digital solutions landscape.
