Industry 4.0 enabled manufacturing solutions leader Jendamark India took a significant step toward digital transformation by forming a strategic partnership with Tech Mahindra, the global IT and consulting giant. This was done through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding during the India-South Africa Business Conclave, held by the India-South Africa Chamber of Commerce, ISAAC.
The event reflected the deepening ties between India and South Africa, as evident from the words of Prof Anil Sooklal, South African High Commissioner to India, who said that the relationship is very deep and that there is scope for collaborative growth between the two countries. One of the highlights for Jendamark India at the conclave was signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering services. The collaboration will explore mutually beneficial commercial opportunities and develop, implement, and support enterprise-class solutions for targeted customers.
This partnership makes Tech Mahindra a global partner for Jendamark's Odin Manufacturing-a suite of innovative digital solutions that help increase productivity and operational efficiency in any industry. The two companies will now explore opportunities to co-develop, implement, and support enterprise-level solutions, empowering businesses of all sizes with cutting-edge digital tools.
The MOU was signed by Himanshu Jadhav, CEO and Director of Jendamark India, and Teenu Tyagi, Head of Tech Mahindra's Business Growth and Strategy Program. Shweta Anirudh, Marketing Head of Jendamark India, and Sachin Kulkarni, Global Head of Automotive Vertical Consulting and Solutions, were also present.
The signing ceremony was attended by influential dignitaries such as Rahul Kaushik from ISAAC, Yunus Hoosen from Invest South Africa, Vikramjit Singh Sahney, Chairman of the Sun Foundation, and Dammu Ravi, Secretary Economic Relations, MEA. "As we begin this exciting new chapter, we look forward to reshaping the future of manufacturing and empowering industries all over the world with the tools they need to flourish in the digital age," said Himanshu Jadhav, CEO and Director at Jendamark India.
