This collaboration has been initiated to estimate the need for a reskilling option for women on a career break and is looking for options to upgrade themselves before revoking their career

Thus, SPJIMR has introduced a Post Graduate Management Program for Women (PGMPW), this prestigious course has successfully completed three batches, and has helped many women to find a suitable job. Certain candidates choose to seek their friend's recommendations and apply to former organizations were 14.9 percent and 15.2 percent of women, respectively. Also, about 40 percent wanted to take up reskilling courses to increase their chances of getting a job.

Moreover, this survey gives a report on how important reskilling options are for women, who are looking forward to restart their careers. This survey also highlights the efforts that SPJIMR and JobsForHer have been taking to get the women back to work.

"Learning and development is a strategic step that working professionals need for evolving career requirements and gives a person a competitive advantage against peers. And this is especially important for women on a career break. Today, the percentage of women in corporate India is at 30 percent at the entry-level, 10 percent at the mid-level, and one percent at the CXO-level. Women who are waiting to re-enter the workforce need the right courses that can bridge the gap in their skills and those required by the industry. With specialized reskilling options, like the courses offered by SPJIMR, women can now be sure they get up-to-date skills and apply for jobs with confidence," says Neha Bagaria, CEO & Founder of JobsForHer.
