Germany’s Federal Intelligence Service was established in Bundesnachrichtendienst. BND was established prior to World War II to spy on the enemy’s strategies and plans, headquartered in Pullach near Munich. BND is perhaps the most sponsored of all the intelligence agencies.  German government invests in billions as it used most modern technology to spy over its enemies for national security concerns.

Russia’s Federal Security Services is the principle security agency and also the immediate successor of the erstwhile USSR’s Committee of State Security. Like other agencies FSB is committed to the country for intelligence, counter-terrorism and security enhancement and defense security. The institute employs 250K personnel containing undercover agents, secret officers and foreign spies. The present activities are more domestic in nature, regarding state crime, terror acts, drug smuggling and other internal security violence in the country.
