IIM Lucknow's 2025 Placement Drive Sees Over 600 Job Offers

During the 2025 placement drive at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, 570 students secured over 600 job offers from global recruiters. The offers spanned various industries, including consulting, finance, e-commerce, operations, and retail, reflecting the diverse skill sets and talents of the graduating class. This successful placement drive underscores IIM Lucknow’s strong reputation and its ability to attract top companies seeking qualified professionals across multiple sectors.

During the 2025 placement drive at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, over 600 job offers were extended to 570 students from the institute’s 39th batch of Post Graduate Program  (PGP) and 20th batch of Postgraduate Program  in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM). The offers came from global recruiters across a wide range of fields, including consulting, finance, e-commerce, operations, retail, general management, product management, and sales and marketing. This diverse range of opportunities highlights IIM Lucknow’s continued prominence in preparing students for leadership roles in various industries.

During the 2025 placement drive at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, students received impressive job offers, with the highest domestic package reaching Rs 75 lakh per annum (LPA) and the highest international package standing at Rs 65 LPA. The average salary offered was Rs 32.3 LPA. The recruitment drive, held in a hybrid format, saw participation from over 180 domestic and international companies, showcasing the institute's strong global industry connections and its students' appeal to top recruiters across various sectors.
