Hon'ble Governor Sri Santosh Kumar Gangwar Inaugurates Namo e-Library and Cyberpeace Community Centre

In a landmark initiative aimed at fostering education and knowledge accessibility, the Honourable Governor of Jharkhand Sri Santosh Kumar Gangwar inaugurated a state-of-the-art Namo e-Library and Cyberpeace Community centre. The CyberPeace Community, a leading global non-profit organization committed to promoting cybersecurity, digital literacy, and cyber peace, has partnered with the initiative to provide crucial training and awareness programs. This new facility is designed to serve as a vital educational hub, providing children with access to books, computers, and modern technology to support their academic growth and competitive exam preparations.
The inauguration was attended by Shri Sanjay Seth, Union State Minister of Defence, Shri CP Singh, Hon’ble MLA, Ranchi, Shri Navin Jaiswal, Hon’ble MLA, Hatia and Major Vineet Kumar, Founder & Global President, CyberPeace.
The library’s inauguration marks a significant step towards realizing a developed India by 2047, the centenary of India’s independence. The Hon’ble Governor, in his address, emphasized the pivotal role of education in national development and highlighted the library’s potential to uplift the youth of Jharkhand.
The newly inaugurated community library in Jharkhand is designed as a comprehensive educational resource hub, offering an extensive collection of books, digital materials, and computers to support students in their academic pursuits.
“Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, this initiative goes beyond academics to address contemporary challenges like cybersecurity awareness, equipping children and women especially in vulnerable regions like Jamtara with essential digital safety knowledge. By ensuring access to knowledge and resources for all children, regardless of background, this initiative lays the foundation for an educated, skilled, and empowered India, driving the nation toward its 2047 vision”, said Major Vineet Kumar, Founder and Global President of CyberPeace.
With advanced technology integration, the library connects learners to global educational platforms and digital libraries, expanding their access to knowledge beyond regional boundaries. Emphasizing skill development, the initiative provides career-focused education to prepare students for evolving job markets. Additionally, recognizing the growing threat of cybercrime, especially among vulnerable populations, the library will conduct workshops on cybersecurity awareness and online safety in partnership with the CyberPeace.
This initiative marks a milestone in Jharkhand’s journey towards digital inclusion, ensuring that the youth have the resources and skills needed to build a brighter and more secure future.
