Hisense India Names Pankaj Rana as CEO
Hisense India, a leading player in the consumer electronics and home appliances sector, has announced the appointment of Pankaj Rana as its new chief executive officer (CEO). With a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in sales, marketing, business development, and general management, Rana brings a robust skill set to his new role.
Prior to joining Hisense India, Rana held influential positions in prominent companies such as LG, Panasonic, Benq, and Reliance Retail, where he played pivotal roles in shaping the mobile phones and television business across India, South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Steven Li, Managing Director of Hisense India, expressed confidence in Rana's ability to drive the company's expansion and growth in the Indian market. Li stated, "His extensive industry knowledge and leadership acumen will be invaluable as we embark on our journey of expansion and growth in India. With Pankaj at the helm, we are poised to achieve new heights of success".
In his new role as CEO of Hisense India, Rana will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives, driving overall business growth, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the brand's presence in the region.
