Government Promotes 'Served From India' After 'Make in India'



BENGALURU: After a successful launch of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Make in India’, the government is now up with a ‘Served from India Scheme.’ The objective is to bring stakeholders together and explore ways to increase export of services from India.This is a brilliant initiative to acknowledge the manufacturing and service sectors in the country. The government attempts to showcase India’s prowess in the services sector under the brand name ‘Served from India.’

According to the scheme, Ministry of Commerce has scheduled a meeting for all the stakeholders. They must together explore ways to increase export of services from India at the ongoing Services Conclave which is being held in New Delhi. It will be jointly organized by the ministry of commerce and industry and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
