On the occasion of Labour Day, Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani extended heartfelt gratitude to the workforce behind the conglomerate's operations. Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Adani saluted the 'countless hands' driving the group forward. "You are the unsung heroes who build, protect, transport, feed, and fuel our dreams", he wrote. "It is your hard work, your prayers, your appreciation, and your belief that lift us higher each day. My deepest respect and gratitude to each of you. Jai Hind!"
The post was accompanied by a moving video montage showcasing employees from various business sectors of the Adani Group ranging from infrastructure and logistics to energy and food processing. Workers featured in the video shared personal stories, highlighting the inclusive culture, growth opportunities, and sense of purpose they experience in their roles.
Adani’s message comes as part of the global observance of International Workers’ Day, also known as May Day, which is celebrated annually on May 1. The day honours the contributions and struggles of the labour force, advocating for fair wages, safe working conditions, and equal rights. Through this gesture, Adani emphasized the foundational role workers play in shaping India’s industrial progress and the success of the Adani Group.
