Clearmedi Healthcare Pvt. With over 25 years of experience in some of India’s top healthcare institutions, Anuj brings extensive expertise in hospital operations, healthcare delivery, quality systems, and strategic leadership.
In his new position, Anuj Gupta will oversee ClearMedi’s expanding portfolio of tertiary-care and super specialty hospitals, leveraging his insights to optimize operations, elevate patient care standards, and drive institutional growth. This appointment comes at a crucial time for ClearMedi as it continues to broaden its reach across India and strengthen its status as one of the country’s largest oncology care providers.
ClearMedi has established a strong presence in the Indian healthcare landscape by managing and operating complete hospital setups with a particular emphasis on Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, and Radiology. The organization operates over 350 hospital beds across self-sufficient NABH-accredited tertiary-care hospitals, showcasing impressive growth.
Under Anuj Gupta’s leadership, ClearMedi aims to advance its mission of delivering integrated, high-quality clinical care in Oncology and other specialties, including Neurology, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, and Gastroenterology. Anuj Gupta’s career is marked by transformative leadership in high-pressure healthcare settings. Before joining ClearMedi, he held key leadership roles at renowned healthcare chains such as Yashoda Hospitals, Rainbow Children’s Hospitals, and Narayana Health. As COO at Dharamshila Narayana Super Specialty Hospital and Facility Director at Health City Cayman Islands, he showcased his expertise in P&L management, resource optimization, clinician engagement, and the development of new medical programs.
He has also been instrumental in establishing and managing operational frameworks at Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center (Narayana Health) and Fortis Hospitals in Bengaluru, where he played a key role in launching outreach clinics, enhancing cost margins, and integrating advanced technologies to improve patient outcomes.
Known for his strategic insight and operational foresight, Anuj is adept at implementing quality management systems that align with Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) and NABH standards. His ability to align hospital policies with global best practices ensures that ClearMedi’s facilities uphold world-class standards in patient safety, diagnostics, and treatment protocols.
