CCD Launches Home Delivery with Choice of Meals and Drinks

BENGALURU: If pizzas can walk be dropped to your home, then why not your coffee?

Café Coffee Day (CCD), the single name that spread café culture in India launched its home delivery service which will bring the lightest of quick grab to heaviest of meals along with desserts and beverages right at your doorstep.

This home delivery segment has also partnered with Swiggy, the online food delivery service to take orders and reach out to more customers. CCD is starting this service from Namma Bengaluru and will gradually expand to other metros and rest of the nation.

The café chain is also in plan to launch multi cuisine culinary experience along with coffees and beverages in the home delivery sect. The CCD food menu will be long and diverse in kind. Freshly prepared beverages and packaged quick grabs and juices will be part of the same menu.

The delivery segment of CCD is presently offering vegetarian and non-vegetarian sandwiches in multigrain bread, Chipotle Sub and White Sub, some Big Crunch burgers and Hot Dogs.

Bidisha Nagaraj, group president marketing, Coffee Day said, “With this move, we plan to create a 360 degree interaction with our customers strengthening CCD’s foothold in the food space as well.”

In the city Bangalore, CCD presently has 50 stores and each will deliver in 3-4km radius. Customers can place the order in their nearest CCD outlet. Based on the length of order and span to perspire, it will be delivered to the client.

The home delivery string of CCD has also kept in choice bulk orders for corporate meetings or small gatherings.
