CARE Hospitals Offers Free Heart Lifeline this World Heart Day

On the occasion of World Heart Day, 29th September 2025, CARE Hospitals, Malakpet, Hyderabad, is organizing a free heart health check-up to help people identify early cardiac risks. The initiative specifically targets younger individuals, aiming to detect heart problems early and encourage a healthy lifestyle across all age groups.
The free heart health check-up package includes ECG, 2D Echo, TMT, and a consultation with a cardiologist at no cost. Patients who are advised to undergo an angiogram will also receive the test at a discounted rate.
Dr. Naveen Kumar, Senior Interventional Cardiologist and Head of Cardiology at CARE Hospitals, Malakpet, highlighted the importance of early detection. “Key risk factors for heart disease include unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, poor sleep, tobacco use, excessive alcohol, high blood pressure, high sugar, high cholesterol, and obesity. Warning signs such as chest pain, breathlessness, fatigue, irregular heartbeat, or pain in the jaw, back, arms, or legs should never be ignored. Early check-ups can save lives, especially among the younger population”, he said.
