Canara Bank Donates Rs 1 Crore to Kerala CM's Distress Relief Fund for Wayanad Landslide Victims

Canara Bank has made a significant contribution of Rs 1 crore to the Kerala Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund to aid victims of the recent landslides in Wayanad. This donation is part of the broader relief efforts involving various governmental, public, and private sector entities, as well as individual contributions.
The donation was handed over by Pradeep KS, General Manager of Canara Bank’s Thiruvananthapuram circle, to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. The bank’s Managing Director and CEO, K. Satyanarayana Raju, expressed the bank's solidarity with the victims and its commitment to supporting the recovery efforts.

"The devastation caused by the floods in Kerala is heart-wrenching, and we are committed to extending all possible support to the affected people.
