Brigade REAP Onboarded 5 New Unique Startups for Its 15th Cohort
Brigade REAP, India’s first PropTech focused real estate accelerator program, has onboarded 5 startups from over 120 applications for its 15th Cohort. These startups were chosen based on their innovation in proof of concept, relevance to PropTech, disruptive technology and the advantages that this technology will bring to the real estate sector at large. These startups straddle domains such as B2B procurement, managed marketplace for industry talent, immersive digital experiences, and education. Incidentally, Brigade REAP has also appointed Abhay Garg a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of experience across corporate finance and controllership, VC/PE investing, fundraising, banking & treasury, and investor relations.
The startups who were chosen are MProcure: a revolutionary B2B procurement platform that simplifies and streamlines construction material procurement for builders and contractors; Intrino: a pioneering startup specialized in immersive digital experiences with a primary focus on seamlessly integrating immersive tech in the real estate & AEC sectors, Elemantra: a managed marketplace to discover leads, designers, contractors/skilled workers backed with project management capabilities to help all the stakeholders involved in the interior Industry, Delopus: a network  and education platform for architects and designers who currently have around 10,000+ users and have taught 2,000+ students and Folkit, whose mission is to revolutionize the way you find and purchase your dream home. Their cutting-edge 3D marketplace makes the home buying experience efficient, personalized and, above all, enjoyable.
