Presently, the chatbot caters to business organizations with 200 to 20,000 employees. 
The business model of Amara is based on a Software as a Service (SaaS) framework. Enterprises subscribe to the chatbot service, paying approximately INR 40 per employee per month. Currently, Amara employs a direct sales approach, with plans to test the channel partner model in selected markets.
With customers spanning over 15 countries, Amara is experiencing remarkable growth and success. The company, which started as an early-stage startup, has quickly generated an annual recurring revenue of INR 2 Cr. It has witnessed a remarkable growth rate of 300% in the last 4 to 6 months. Amara's client portfolio includes prominent names such as Honda Malaysia, Philips India, Mahindra First Choice, Renewbuy, Moglix, and Cowrks.
