Akasa Air to charge zero convenience costs to celebrate its one-year anniversary
Akasa Air has announced discounts and app-exclusive provides to commemorate a year of its commercial activities. Travelers will receive a discount of 15 percent on flight tickets across 16 domestic destinations on the airline’s network upon booking through Akasa Air’s app and website. The anniversary provides are valid till August 7, 2023.
The discounts that the airline will be offering are valid on saver and flexi fares, and customers can avail of discounts using the codes 'AKASA1' on the website and 'APPLOVE' on the Akasa Air app. Further, upon exclusively booking on the Akasa Air app, passengers will be able to avail of zero convenience fee, allowing them to save up to Rs 350 additionally on each booking, said the airline in its press release.
‘This limited-time offer reflects the airline’s consistent commitment towards making air travel accessible and affordable for all,’ said the company on its one-year anniversary. Akasa Air in its press release, has said that within a year of its launch, it has carried over four million passengers and crossed the milestone of operating over 900 weekly flights with an announced network of 35 unique routes connecting 16 cities, namely Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and other destinations.
