Accuracy Of Exit Polls In Delhi Will Fall: Sukhbir Singh Badal
AMRITSAR: Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal on Sunday said that in a three-cornered contest accuracy of exit polls will fall and the ground-level response will be different.
"We respect the opinion of various psephologists but the ground level response will be different. In a three-cornered contest accuracy of exit polls will fall," he said with regard to exit poll results regarding the assembly elections in the national capital.
He said that the last results of state assembly elections in 2012 bear a testimony to the fact that ground reality can be very different from the exit polls. On Aam Adami Party, he said that the performance of AAP in Delhi Assembly elections will have no ramifications in Punjab.
"We respect the opinion of various psephologists but the ground level response will be different. In a three-cornered contest accuracy of exit polls will fall," the Punjab Deputy CM said.
He said that Talwandi Sabo by-election has already proved that AAP has lost its impact in political landscape of the state and Dhuri by-election will confirm the same.
