Vocal for Local: Shri. Nitin Gadkari launches sterilizer, engineered by Johari Digital Healthcare Ltd to disintegrate COVID-19

Hon'ble Minister of MSME, Road Transport & Highways Shri. Nitin Gadkari launched a new product ‘ATULYA’, today, engineered by Johari Digital Healthcare Limited, one of the internationally certified medical device manufacturingcompanies in India. ATULYA works on a microwave technology that disintegrates the COVID-19 by differential heating in the range of 56 to 60 Celsius temperatures. It is a cost-effective solution to fight the virus and can be operated in portable or fixed installations.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the Minister said, “It is delightful to see our Intelligent Indian minds working on technology backbone and come up with solutions like 'Atulya', while we combat COVID19. This highlights how our MSMEs are taking the vision of 'Vocal for Local' a step ahead with every innovation.”

Johari Digital Healthcare Ltd has engineered this deviceat the most opportune time as the government unlocks the economy in a phased manner. 'ATULYA' will be suited for offices, commercial establishments, large townships/complexes and other public places like airports and bus depotsas it would be operated through a handheld device (weighing nearly 8.5 kilograms)with capability of sterilizing any object or surface within 30-60 seconds. The device can penetrate up to a depth of 5 meters across surfaces and tested against sterilization for COVID19.

Commenting on the launch, Mr. Satyendra Johari, Founder & Chairman – Johari Digital Healthcare Ltdsaid, “We consider this as our responsibility in the current unprecedented times to bring the solution to the masses. Glad we have made a contribution to the efforts towards containing the virus. What sets ATULYA apart from the traditional equipment is the microwave technology it works on as it is powered by high-frequency waves which ensures that only the virus is eliminated and no harm is done to any surface. Going forward, we aim to increase our volumes and work on a variant that weighs less so that it can become a household product.”
