Indian universities are regarded to be among the best in terms of producing research in a range of engineering topics. The universities specialize in providing a variety of courses including but not limited to, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering and chemical engineering. 1. Indian Institute of Technology Delhi



Indian Institute of Technology Delhi is an interdisciplinary center which mainly offers Science and Engineering related courses. 9. Indian Institute of Science



Located in the city of Bangalore in South India, Indian Institute of Science is a public institution that was established in 1909. This science-focused institution provides a range of engineering courses ranging from mechanical to electrical all through to chemical engineering. Indian Institute of Science has a number of functional research centers including Center for Infrastructure, Urban Planning, Sustainable Transportation and Divecha Center. 10. Indian Institute of Technology Goa
