New Website Launched - Working With Grundfos Just Got Easier

The new Grundfos website– comes with an improved search function that shows all product search results from just one click. This is because specific tools are integrated into the new website and all information about products, sizing, service and training are immediately and always available to customers and partners in a way that matches how they work.

The new website brings product information on the website closer, together with Grundfos Product Center, used for sizing and specifying pumps for standalone applications and for projects. Typical customers and partners such as Installers, Distributors and Engineers now experience that it is quicker and easier to search, find and use the information they need.

Improved, product-focused Search

When searching for a product, a simple search groups the results on a single page, supporting the user’s requirements for selection, sizing, specifying and purchasing a product or for finding documentation and e-learning.

“We have 25,000 daily users of Grundfos Product Center and we consider it important that their experience of this essential sizing and specifying tool remains familiar” explains Saravanan Panneer Selvam, General Manager, Grundfos INDO. “What they will notice, however, is that the integration of Grundfos Product Center into Grundfos.com means that a simple search for a known product groups the results in a single page with all the information required to support them on their journey.”

With one global login, an improved search function and easier navigation, users now experience that everything is available on one site, requiring just one click for a simple product search. Whether from mobile or desktop platforms, the online experience is the same.

“Our aim with the new website was to create one site, where a single search provides product and service information from a site dedicated to those who want to find, design, specify, install and maintain our products,” says Saravanan Panneer Selvam, General Manager, Grundfos INDO and concludes: “Users will recognise much that is familiar; however, I am confident that they will also experience that doing business online with us is now so much easier.”
