Indian Accelerator's Second Cohort Batch Announced; Six Startups Selected


India Accelerator, a well reputed mentorship-driven incubator & accelerator for early age technology start-ups in collaboration with Global Accelerator Network (GAN) chose six start-ups for its second batch of accelerator program, Cohort. Startups from major sectors were selected namely Galaxy Card (Finance), Insurance Samadhan (Insurance), Lawyered (Law), NullPointer (Technology), Queued (Lifestyle) and EGA (Gaming).

Mona Singh, Chief Acceleration Officer, Indian Accelerator, says, “The first cohort included tremendously talented start-ups creating innovative new products in areas ranging from algo-trading to AI-based platform that helps deaf people to be heard. Second batch carries forward that momentum as we look forward to working with more entrepreneurs in India`s thriving start-up ecosystem.”

The much renowned accelerator program caters $150K to the selected startups as seed funding, which have been selected from over 200 applications going through a long process including the founders, the market, the technology. India Accelerator (IA) works with the start-ups to get through the ideation phase to a real business model and thus bringing every start-ups under a roof offering mentorship, network, technology, the peripheral services (like legal, financial and more). IA connects with top technologists, entrepreneurs, investors and mentors to nurture the startups to grow with the right guidance and it also provides co-working space.

India Accelerator, a seed-stage accelerator program which was founded in 2017 helps startups grow from scratch and supports them to learn, ideate, create and accelerate. It handholds the selected startups through the four-month program and post that, helps channelize the investment in the most effective way so investors get the bang for their buck.
