DXC Technology Hires Vinod Bagal to Global Delivery Transformation Role

Industry leader Vinod Bagal will handle DXC’s delivery innovation to offer improved services to clients in the most efficient manner.

FREMONT, CA: DXC Technology designated Vinod Bagal as executive vice president, Global Transformation. Bagal will report to company CEO and President Mike Salvino, and his appointment is effective immediately.

Vinod Bagal will handle DXC’s delivery innovation to offer improved services to customers in the most efficient manner. Delivery quality, including process developments; the initiation of new delivery process to provide DXC people with new skill development and career paths ; and the use of new technologies to automate delivery procedures will remain in his focus and priority.

Bagal was an associate of the Executive Leadership Team at Cognizant. In all, he has over twenty five years of experience in the IT services industry. Bagal has gained success across the technology and consulting services industry, including technology consulting, systems integration, application outsourcing, and infrastructure and business process services.

Bagal had a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Mysore University, India. He also pursued a Master of Science degree in engineering management from The George Washington University.

Bagal commented on his new role that these are the right time in the industry, and DXC has superb capabilities to address the growing demand for new technology adoption in the market. With its stretched and successful history in IT services, DXC has a great foundation to help worldwide clients transform as digital companies. He also mentioned that he is very glad to be joining a leadership team with exceptional experience in global professional services.

Earlier, Bagal has worked at Accenture for almost 20 years. There he held a series of senior leadership roles, including global application services lead for the Delivery Center Network, North America products industry delivery lead, and partner in the Communication Media & Technology consulting practice. At last, Bagal served Accenture as Global Infrastructure Services lead, included pre-sales or solutions support and global delivery, addressing both growth and profitability.
