Chennai Is On The List Of Asia's 'Worst Airports' In 2014

Ho Chi Minh City Tan Son Nhat International Airport:
Not sure if people really remember the name of this airport because of its huge name. This airport has the worst wifi facility, broken air-conditions and hardly any place to sit. But the airport is much better on cleanliness and has reasonable facilities.

Dhaka Shahjalal International Airport:
This airport in Bangladesh should be higher up the list because the airport stinks; the immigration officers are rude, corrupt and the airport is filled with insects. If this is not enough problems on the list the airport is outdated, low on amenities as well. The government really needs to revamp this airport.

Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport:
There are two airports from Vietnam on this list and there is not much criticism that can be levied because the country is short on funds. But this particular airport is rated high on bribery and corruption. A travelers review reads that the officers ask for money to be moved up the line or if they want their work to be done faster. So this is enough to show that the airport is at a bad state.

Chennai International Airport:
The only airport from India on this list is Chennai that comes as a shock because this city was also listed as one of the cities to visit in 2015 by a global magazine. The airport lacks on cleanliness, congestion and bad seats. It is believed that it will soon be removed from the list since the airport is going under heavy maintenance revamp.
