He Skipped Grades in Middle School“I scored at the high school sophomore level,” Jobs said. This score has proved his intellect to his parents and teachers. Owing to this progress, the school proposed to his parents to get him two grades skipped. This would have placed him to the seventh standard right away. His family later moved to Los Altos, California’s best school district, for his better career and schooling.
Tim Cook Offered Jobs His Liver but He Refused
The new book also reveals that Jobs had turned down the offer when Tim Cook came forward to donate a part of his liver. Jobs knew that his condition was “terrible” despite that he declined to get operated for liver transplant from Tim cook who also shared the same rare blood type as him. Jobs had neuroendocrine cancer and here’s what he thought about Cook’s offer, "He cut me off at the legs, almost before the words were out of my mouth. 'No,' he said. 'I'll never let you do that. I'll never do that."
