Shanmugan ManjunathanShanmugan Manjunath: The reward given to this IIM graduate who left his prosperous future for delivering his services to the Indian government was a brutal murder. In 2005, Manjunath, an A-Grade officer of the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) had seized a petrol station, in Lakhimpur Kheri district of UP, on charges of selling adulterated fuel for three months.
