The Chicago Tylenol Poisonings

A pill, meant for wellness, took away lives of seven people in Chicago causing a fearful and panic-stricken situation among the public. Tylenol, a tablet that relieves pain and reduces fever became the villain, claiming the life of a 12 year girl, a patient suffering from chest pain and many others. The incident left the whole town in panic and the pill manufacturer was forced to withdraw the product from the market. Johnson & Johnson, a Pharmaceutical company made it to the safer side in cooperation with FBI and the honesty of the public.
