Water on Moon
The moon vehicle Chandrayaan-1 was the first space probe launched by the Indian Space Research Organization. It made the surprising discovery that the
moon was not just filled with craters but contained a small amount of lunar water. On 18 November 2008, the Chandrayaan-1 on the Moon Impact probe recorded evidence of water in 650 mass spectra accumulated in the thin atmosphere over the Moon's surface.
Shampoo
The word shampoo derived from ‘ch?mpo’ found its origin in India. While English hairdressers boiled shaved soap in water and herbs to cleanse their hair, shampoo was used as head massage oil for the Bengal Nawabs (rulers) during the Mughal Empire around 1762. Shampoo was commercially made available in the 20th century.
