#4 Phoenix Market City- Chennai

Total area- 2,400,000 sq ft

The Phoenix Market City located in Velachery was opened in January 2013. The mall houses 300-plus stores, with four-and-a-half levels of shopping area and a food court, a basement as well as a multi-level car park, a 30-room boutique hotel, an apartment complex, an amphitheatre and a club.

#5 Mantri Square Mall- Bangalore

Total area- 1,700,000 sq ft

Manrti Square, situated in Malleshwaram, Bangalore, when opened in 2010, was the biggest mall in South India. The mall has the patronage of 1.4 million shoppers on an average every month and houses 250 retail outlets with around 10, 000 brands and a multiplex hall operated by Inox cinemas. It has turned out to be a major hub for businesses to organize events and contest to gather public acceptance.

Total area- 1,500,000 sq ft

Opened in 2010, the Z Square mall is one of the hotspots in Kanpur with a full line of amenities and facilities which include the best of luxury and lifestyle products. Besides, it includes entertainment zones and food courts which offer pleasurable experience to the customers.
