2.  Judgementall Hai Kya (Hindi)

A psychological black comedy movie, which revolves around the lives of two individuals, Rajkummar Rao and Kangana Ranaut. The screenplay is written by Kanika Dhillon and produced by Ekta Kapoor. The music is done by Arjuna Harjai, Rachita Arora, Tanishk Bagchi and Daniel B. George.

Keshav’s (Rajkummar) perfect family and job, and Bobby’s (Kangana) lack of grace and uncouthness is known to the society and when the two become the suspects of a murder, the blame falls on Bobby. As the movie goes by, get set to unfold the mystery. With a running time of 116 minutes, Judgementall Hai Kya was previously titled as ‘Mental Hai Kya’, but after the intervention of IPS (Indian Psychiatric Society), the current title was given.

3. Arjun Patiala (Hindi)

Directed by Rohit Jugraj, Arjun Patiala is romantic spoof-comedy film which stars Diljit Dosanjh, Kriti Sanon and Varun Sharma in lead roles. The film portrays the story of a quirky, small town cop (Diljit) and crime journalist (Kriti).

Shot in Chandigarh and some areas of Punjab, the shooting for the film started in February 2018 and ended in July 2018. The movie has a running time of 106 minutes and Yash Raj Films distributes the film. Sachin-Jigar, Akash D and Guru Randhawa composed the music for the film. The movie was initially scheduled to release on 13th September 2018, which was postponed to 3rd May 2019, then to 19th July and now the latest release date being 26th July.

With movies like classic Lion King, and Super 30 still running at theatres near you, the month of July was indeed a first-class month for all the movie-goers. The only setback we had this month, was the Hollywood thriller ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ being postponed to the next month, but the above mentioned movies can take you to a whole new different level. In South, Dear Comrade is all set to become a super-hit with Karan Johar already grabbing the rights to remake the movie in Bollywood. Why the wait then?
