Abhinav Singh Kashyap is an Indian film director and screenwriter. His directorial debut film, Dabangg is currently the fifth biggest grossing Bollywood film in history.

He also wrote dialogue for the films Manorama Six Feet Under in 2007 and 13B in 2009. He co-wrote, along with Dilip Shukla for the action film Dabangg in 2010.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan and debutant actress Sonakshi Sinha played the lead roles in the film. Dabangg, which released on 10 September 2010. His second film Besharam released in 2 October 2013.

Karan Malhotra is an Indian film director and screenwriter. He is best known for his debut film Agneepath in 2012. Before marking his directorial debut in 2012 with Dharma Productions, he worked for ten years as an assistant director in the Hindi film industry.

The film broke the highest opening day collections record in India and became a major critical and commercial success with a worldwide gross collection of 1.93 billion and has since emerged as one of the highest grossing films of all time in Bollywood.
