Karan Oberoi Casted for the Second Season of Amazon Prime's Emmy Nominated Hit Series 'Inside Edge 2'

It’s not easy to be the part of a web series which was nominated by the International Emmy Awards and Karan Oberoi, the Indian heartthrob knows it very well. In his recent Instagram post, he confirmed that he’s flying to Georgia for the shoot of the second season of Inside Edge, a web television series based on a fictional T20 cricket team. The show is very popular among Indian audiences with its intense portrayal of the interconnected worlds of cricket and entertainment.

Excited for his shoot for the new series, Karan says, “When you are a part of a new mainstream disruptive narrative, which gets international recognition, like the Emmy’s, you feel joyous exhilaration! Super duper happy I was a part of this and the next! Onwards and upwards!”

Being bankrolled by Excel Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video, Inside Edge has now gone international thanks to the amazing crew. Farhan Akhtar, the Executive Producer of the show made an official announcement before that the confirmation on star cast was put on hold and later announced that Karan Oberoi will be part of the new season. In season one, the cast Richa Chadha, Angad Bedi, Sanjay Suri, Vivek Oberoi, Tanuj Virwanu and Siddhant Chaturvedi did an amazing job and the changes (Karan Oberoi) will make it more interesting with his huge fanbase totally looking forward to it.
