Infosys All Set to Re-Boost Its Organization Structure: Sources


Bangalore: Indian IT major, Infosys is expecting a major shakeup in the organizational structure, before the announcement of its first quarter results on 12 July, reports ET Now.

Professionals associated with the changes said that chairman Narayan Murthy is concentrating on the final niceties for the re-organized structure which is likely to be announced in coming weeks. The sources further added that McKinsey, an American management consulting firm is advising Infosys on the plan. The panel also involves Vice-chairman Kris Gopalakrishnan and CEO SD Shibulal.

Responding to e-mail queries regarding this development, Infosys stated, “As a policy we do not comment on rumors and speculations.”

One of the sources commented that McKinsey is the sole external agency engrossed in the process. Though the structure is transforming abruptly yet there are many other changes expected to take place in portfolios, delivery and sales structure.
