#4 Installation cost and neighborhood criteria:

Google executives said that they are going to charge $300 as an installation cost. For users who would like to do a pre-registration, an extra amount of $10 must be compensated to process the request. But there is one condition that the populace should watch out for- awaiting subscribers must need at least 50 or more Google Fiber registered neighbors in their area to have these services available and installed.

#5 No broadband, no worries:

The executives also have made clear that Google Fiber internet based services will be available for places where there are no broadband facilities at all. This includes places in Kansas, where about 25 percent of the area is without a broadband service. According to Google, at a sum of $300, an astonishing 5Mbps of downloading speeds and 1Mpbs uploading speeds will be made available for the next seven years.
