NOIDA: SynapseIndia, the CMMI accredited IT company focuses on building positive culture with help of various employee engagement activities. SynapseIndia as an organization understands the importance of a strongly defined work culture to attract the best people.

SynapseIndia strives to build a culture that is defined by deep employee engagement, meaningful work along with job and organization fit. Shamit Khemka, Managing Director of SynapseIndia says, “When your employees spread the good word about company’s work culture to their networks, it works as free outreach for your business. People get to know about the core values your company upholds and that makes your organization a prime place for talents looking for new opportunities.”

“Also a positive culture at workplace helps employees forge strong relationship with team members and clients.” he added.

Building a healthy environment at workplace and maintaining it takes a lot of efforts. SynapseIndia organizes various events for employee engagement including HR connect sessions with new joiners, fun activities to give employees a break and energize them along with celebration on small or big achievements and lot more.

Recently SynapseIndia has initiated a Groufie contest and all employees were asked to participate in the contest. As per the contest, all teams had to click a selfie including all the team members and send it to the HR team. Also, one team with best selfie that announced as winner awarded with exciting prizes.

In a recently held event, SynapseIndia played host to well known comedian & getup artist Sushil Kharbanda. Event went around more than one and half hour long thoroughly enjoyed by the employees and turned the atmosphere at SynapseIndia workplace into a great fun. Sushil Kharbanda also played a quiz with employees and asked funny questions to them. The candidates with best responses were awarded with cool prizes.
