Meanwhile, the Chennai-based company announced the global launch of its comprehensive HR and Talent management solution Ramco HCM ( Human Capital Management) on cloud.

Ramco has been offering its on-premise HCM software globally, now being used in more than 300 organizations.

The product has been architected to bring in a Gen-Y interface, making it accessible on Smartphones, integrating with social channels, besides bringing in the speed and agility of an in-memory engine and intuitiveness of a context aware solution, the company in a release said.

It is a solution that covers every aspect of employee life cycle like workforce management, recruitment, talent management, employee development, workforce planning, payroll and benefits, it added.

The launch also marked unveiling of Ramco's in-memory engine, Minnal, which improves processing speed by up to 100 times. It can be used for any planning, scheduling, optimization, and batch processing activity, the release added.
