Stress caused as a result of quandary from networking and syncing devices came in third, with 10 percent.

The survey was conducted by Virgin Digital Help, a personal tech support service, who met with more than 210 adults in the U.S and U.K. Communication’s were done through Facebook, Twitter, email and phone. The survey also mentioned that out of it, more than 80 percent of the participants were 18-34 years old. The survey considered this age group as people who grew up with much of today’s technology.

The survey also covered other aspects in tech stress. The survey found that with the constant change in technology, around 18.6 percent of consumers find it stressful and over 15.2 percent have compatibility issues. Around 31 percent of women find technology to be more stressful when 20 percent of men felt the same. Also over 27 percent of people over the age 55 said that technology itself is too complicated.

The list featured many items that ranged from desktops, laptops, printers and mobile phones. Also low on the list were tablets, social and media networking sites and occupant of the last spot were emails- a fairly stress free technology.
