"Besides, we will be using BSNL franchisee to sell out product. By the end of this year, we expect to start selling 2 lakh units a month," Champion Computers MD Kapil Wadhwa said.

The company last month entered into an alliance with BSNL under which it will launch BSNL co-branded products which include Smartphones, tablets, PCs, data cards (dongles) and wireless networking products.

Champion has launched feature mobile phones in price range of Rs 1,300 to Rs 2,000, Smartphones built on Android phones between Rs 3,999 and Rs 13,000.

"We will soon expand this portfolio with phablets (tablet PC with calling feature) with quad core processors in it for Rs 13,999. All products will have bundled offer from BSNL. Feature phone would come with bundled data and voice options worth Rs 1,500 which would make it virtually free," Wadhwa said.

The company will also provide two models of data cards priced at Rs 1,500 and Rs 1,700 under the alliance.

"We expect that 70 per cent of our sales will come from feature phones. Rest will come from Smartphones and other products," Wadhwa said.

Talking about after sales services, Wadhwa said: "For warranty and after sales, we have tied-up with a company which has about 400 service centres across country."
