SAS Poorna Arogya Healthcare:

Based in Mysore, SAS Poorna Arogya Health Care is a community based Private and NGO sector joint venture that provides low cost health care services to the urban and rural poor. The program is carried out in collaboration with NGOs, Cooperatives and network of recognized hospitals.

Founded and headed by Dr Arjun Sachidanand since 2010, its main focus is to provide healthcare to women and also to the poor and needy.

In this program, one can become a member with a contribution of 250 per member per year. With a modest membership of 5000 members started in 2010, the program already has 4,00,000+ members and over 100+ network hospitals and is growing steadily.

BASIX Sub-K iTransactions:

Operated in 24 states across India, Basix is a business correspondence service for banks and other service providers with an aim of leveraging local entrepreneurship.

As such, it appoints local retailers to give out micro-franchisees in rural and sub-urban areas. They are also trained with technology to offer banking services to the unbanked.

Founded by Vijay Mahajan, this program so far delivers financial and livelihood services in 25,000 villages touched more than two million households.

It deploys technology fully integrated with Core Banking Solution of multiple banks and with extensive field execution capability.
