#6 Tibbr:

Tibbr is a social enterprise software service that allows enterprise employees to create, share and work on projects online. Developed under TIBCO (global provider of infrastructure software for companies to use on-premise or as part of cloud computing environments) and launched in 2011, Tibbr manages input and output feeds to outside programs and integrates with other social media platforms. The service also has add-on features like messages, wall updation and commenting.

Tibbr also provide co-operative services for Salesforce.com, Oracle, Microsoft Sharepoint and SAP. Files from SharePoint can also be unlocked and attached to tibbr posts. Enterprise applications in any language can also be integrated via the tibbr REST API.

The latest version Tibrr 3.0, released in June 2011, has some come up with some new added features such as HD video conferencing, and distinguishes between public and private information sharing.
