Udemy has introduced the Team Plan in India, designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as well as functional departments within larger enterprises. This plan enables teams to enhance the technical and professional skills of up to 20 employees, empowering them to drive business success and maintain competitiveness.
The Udemy Business Team Plan subscription provides businesses and emerging tech leaders with access to more than 11,000 top-rated courses curated from Udemy’s overall marketplace, including high-quality preparation courses for more than 200 certification exams across a spectrum of subjects, including generative AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity data analytics and more. With Team Plan’s user-friendly features, such as personalized course recommendations, a user adoption report and a user management dashboard, learning and development administrators are able to easily manage employee learning plans, course enrollments, progress tracking, and course completion data from a single, intuitive dashboard.
"Growing businesses are the backbone of India’s economy, and each of them has unique employee training and development opportunities", said Vinay Pradhan, Country Manager of India at Udemy. “We are excited to launch Team Plan in India to provide organizations of all sizes with a flexible and affordable solution that offers a comprehensive course catalogue tailored to meet their learning needs".
In India, the Team Plan is available through a subscription model at Rs 20,000 per employee per year. The straightforward sign-up procedure allows for easy enrollment via the Team Plan portal using a credit card. With the flexibility to adapt to evolving organizational needs, businesses can adjust their subscriptions as they grow. Additionally, for enterprises requiring more than 20 licenses, an upgrade option to the Udemy Business Enterprise Plan is available, offering courses in Hindi as well.
"We’re proud that more than 13.5 million people in India learn through Udemy", said Greg Brown, President and CEO at Udemy. "As we transition to a skills-based economy, organizations that prioritize ongoing learning are better equipped to adapt to the latest technologies like generative AI, enhance productivity, drive transformational change and deliver critical business outcomes", he added.
