The country’s largest export markets are Japan, China, U.S., South Korea, and New Zealand. It has an estimated gross domestic product of $1.488 trillion.

New Zealand is an island country in the southwestern Pacific Ocean. It has a modern, prosperous, and developed market economy with an estimated gross domestic product of $181.1 billion. The country is heavily dependent on international trade, particularly in agricultural products.

Its primary export industries are agriculture, horticulture, fishing, forestry and mining which make up about half of the country's exports. Its major export partners are Australia, the United States, Japan, China, and the United Kingdom.
