As per the exchange filing on the BSE, Sanofi India’s board has proposed a final dividend of Rs 117 per equity share, with a face value of Rs 10 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. This dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming 69th Annual General Meeting. The company has designated April 25, 2025, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for this corporate action.
Muthoot Finance Dividend 2025
Muthoot Finance has announced that its board has approved an interim dividend of Rs 26 per equity share (260 percent) for the financial year 2024-25.
The company stated in its exchange filing that share holders whose names are recorded by the close of business on April 25, 2025, will be eligible to receive the interim dividend. This includes beneficial owners listed by the depositories for shares held in electronic form and members recorded in the Register of Members for shares held in physical form.
