Ramco Systems has marked one of the biggest achievements in its collaboration with Prism Johnson Limited, as the cement division of Prism Johnson has launched the Ramco ERP Suite successfully. This deployment forms an integral part of Prism Johnson's digital transformation initiative called 'Project Nayi Disha'.

The comprehensive ERP Suite comprises Maintenance, Sales, Distribution, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and HR Management. This integration is to optimize the business operations of Prism Johnson, enhance efficiency, and improve workforce productivity.

Ramco’s specialized modules, such as Contract Labour Management System, GIS-enabled tools, and an Interactive Business Intelligence System, provide Prism Johnson with a comprehensive operational overview. Additionally, advanced process optimizers for mills and kilns and a real-time integrator module ensure seamless IT-OT integration for superior efficiency.
