    Amy Padour is currently the Lead Development Scientist of Kellogg Company. Kellog is the biggest cereal company since 2006; Amy joined Kellogg in 2005, after her graduation from Culinary Institute of America.Iin addition to that she was a well-trained chef. Being in the Research and Development she developed some new recipes using unfamiliar ingredients like plantains, kale and quinoa. She would come up with more innovative and global flavors in future.
