Global technology company HCLTech and digital workflow provider ServiceNow have announced a strategic partnership aimed at delivering innovative generative artificial intelligence (genAI) solutions for enterprises. The collaboration will enable businesses to swiftly integrate ServiceNow's genAI capabilities across various operations. HCLTech, known for its diverse portfolio and engineering expertise, is poised to offer tailored genAI use cases to clients advancing their digital transformation initiatives, according to C Vijayakumar, HCLTech's CEO & Managing Director.
The partnership encompasses consulting, design, implementation, and managed services across ServiceNow's comprehensive product suite. Bill McDermott, Chairman and CEO of ServiceNow, expressed enthusiasm for expanding their collaboration with HCLTech, leveraging the company's extensive ServiceNow proficiency to co-create industry-specific genAI solutions. The initiative aims to drive growth for customers through transformative experiences.
As part of the collaboration, both companies plan to establish a ServiceNow business unit and 'Fluid NOW' centers of excellence in London, New York, and Noida. These centers will serve as hubs for enterprises to explore cutting-edge genAI solutions, facilitating the acceleration of their digital transformation journeys. The partnership is expected to deliver cost savings and improve cross-departmental efficiency and productivity for enterprises worldwide.
